Following the client requirements, the project draw inspiration from the italian and venetian landscapes, for materials and architectural details. The Heart of the project is the Central Promenade, along an artificial basin delimited by row-houses arranged as continous scenographic background. The central pedestrian path cross all the area, opening in many small terraces on the water, and 3 main squares.
